Payment

All prices are in Euro.

We accept the following methods of payment:

+ Standard Bank Transfer
You will receive an order confirmation via E-Mail containing the total costs of your order plus the Nonplace bank details and be advised to transfer the total amount to our bank account via money transfer (wire) from bank to bank. This is our favourite form of payment. If you use our IBAN number and BIC/Swift code for the payment none of us will be charged extra fees.

+ Paypal:
You may also use Paypal to pay for your order. Using Paypal payments is charged with extra fees amounting to 4% of the merchandise value. After finishing the order procedure you will be forwarded to the Paypal website and will be able to do your transaction immediately.
After finishing the order process a button with a direct link to paypal will be visible. You may pay directly by using this link – this is recommended.
Your order confirmation mail also contains a payment link – so you may arrange your transaction later by using this link. Please check your Spam-Filter if you do not receive an order confirmation!

Shipping

After the amount of your invoice is credited to our account we are going to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case of purchasing a download product, we are going to send you your download link after the amount of your invoice is credited to our account. If you choose payment with Paypal, you will receive your download link immediately.

200g – 400g = 3,20 EUR
up from 400g = 5,00 EUR

European Union:
up to 500g = 4,80 EUR
500g – 1000g = 10,00 EUR
up from 1000g = 20,00 EUR

Switzerland:
up to 500g = 4,80 EUR
500g – 1000g = 10,00 EUR
1000g – 2000g = 20,00 EUR
up from 2000g = 33,00 EUR

Outside of European Union:
up to 500g = 4,80 EUR
500g – 1000g = 10,00 EUR
1000 g – 2000g = 20,00 EUR
up from 2000g = 56,00 EUR

USA:
up to 500g = 4,80 EUR
500g – 1000g = 10,00 EUR
1000g – 2000g = 20,00 EUR
up from 2000g = 44,00 EUR

RETURN POLICY

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of CDs and Vinyl.
